Who are Wholesale Sweets?
We are part of Hancocks Cash and Carry Limited – the UK’s largest confectionery wholesaler. This brings a huge amount of experience and knowhow in the world of wholesale sweets, and we use that to bring the best wholesale experience right to your door. We’ve got tonnes of choice spanning not only sweets and chocolates, but snacks, American candy and drinks, too. We even have a host of storage and packaging lines to keep your candy looking sweet! So, whether you are planning for a function or stocking up at home, our site is stacked with sweets and confectionary that gives you more for less. Online ordering
Do I need to be a business to shop online with you?
You do not need to be a business to shop with Wholesale Sweets. If you are organising something like a wedding or a fund-raising event – or just want to buy in bulk for the best value – then we can help you out!
I already shop in one of your Hancocks stores and/or on your Hancocks website. Do I need to register with you separately to shop online?
You do not need to register to shop with us online, you can checkout as guest! Creating an online account allows us to securely store some of your information, though, so it is easier next time you shop!
Is there a minimum spend on orders?
There is no minimum spend with Wholesale Sweets! You can order as much or as little as you need, with a selection of delivery options!
Do your prices include VAT?
Throughout our site we show prices both with and without VAT. When viewing your trolley, you’ll be able to see a breakdown of how much of your order is VAT alongside the total price.
Do you sell the same range as Hancocks store and on their website?
There’s certainly crossover between our stock. But we are constantly reviewing and extending our range independently of Hancocks. You’ll find we have different products exclusively from other parts of the business and keep changing to ensure we supply what our customers want!
Do you sell overseas?
We certainly do! Our international delivery means we can reach many countries all around the world!
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Just before you place your order, you’ll get to pick a delivery option. Each of these comes with an accurate delivery date, so you know when to expect your goodies! We offer next day delivery on orders placed in the morning! Orders under £500 are usually delivered by DPD and they will provide you with a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Don’t worry, you can easily change the slot if it isn’t convenient! Orders over £500 will generally arrive via a pallet, and you’ll also get given a delivery window. Regardless of how big your order is, how long it takes exactly will depend on what type of delivery you choose!
