Here at Wholesale Sweets, we pride ourselves on three values – price, quality and service. This not only applies to our mouth-watering selection of sweets, chocolates and other treats, but to our delivery options, too! We work hard to ensure that you can enjoy all of the perks of shopping in a cash and carry from the comfort of your home, which is reflected throughout your experience with us.

The biggest perks of shopping in bulk are the quantity and variety of the sweets on offer, but also the fantastic value you get, too – this is reflected in our delivery pricing! As with bulk sweets, our delivery pricing offers savings on larger orders for both standard and premium delivery options. For example, standard delivery costs £6.99 for orders below £20, but drops when you spend over £20, then again at £40 and for orders over £60, standard delivery is free. So, just like the world of bulk confectionery, the bigger the basket, the better the value!

Following the UK’s exit from the EU, logistical complications mean that we are currently unable to provide a reliable delivery service outside of the UK, N.I., Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do, however, welcome orders over £1000 (ex VAT) – if you are able to arrange collection from our main distribution centre and make your own shipping arrangements. This service is available during the checkout process. All orders will include the applicable UK VAT rate until Proof of Export (POE) is provided. Upon receipt of POE the value of the VAT incurred will be refunded. You can continue to shop with VAT exemption as long as we continue to receive valid POE for each order.

Exact delivery charges are shown at checkout and are calculated using both your order value and delivery address. Free standard delivery is available to a UK delivery address on orders over £60 – so the more you spend, the more you save! Orders under £60 are subject to a minimum delivery charge of £4.99. For premium delivery, prices start at £9.99 but drop to £5.99 for orders above £60.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man are subject to a £8.99 delivery charge when the order value is over £60. When the order total is below £60, the delivery fee is £12.99. Please note: Aberdeen postcodes AB31-35 and AB41-45 are classed as Highlands addresses by our courier partners.

In general, orders under £500 will be delivered by DPD. We believe in using the best and DPD is the most innovative parcel carrier around! Thanks to their industry leading Predict service, we provide you with a one hour delivery window. You will be notified by text and email so you don't have to wait in all day for your delicious delivery! What's more, you can track the progress of your precious parcel on a real-time map, right up to the final 15 minute time slot.

Higher value orders are usually despatched on pallets. This is a ‘kerbside’ delivery and, if the pallet can’t be left loaded, someone will need to be available to unload it. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for orders of this size.
