  • HOW MUCH DO WE HAVE TO SPEND TO GET FREE DELIVERY?

    UK Mainland Orders: £150 ex VAT
    Northern Ireland & Eire: £1000 ex VAT
    Scotland & Scottish Highlands: £1000 ex VAT
    Isle Of Wight & Isle Of Man: £1000 ex VAT
    Channel Islands: £1500 ex VAT
    France, Belgium, Netherlands: £1500 ex VAT

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

    We process all orders that are received before midday on the SAMEDAY.- all others are processed on the next working day. All orders UK Mainland orders are dispatched on a NEXT DAY SERVICE. All others are dispatched on an ECONOMY/INTERNATIONAL service.
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE CONFIRMED IT?

  • There is a window of 15 minutes from order completion online for any changes to be made. After this the order is processed and will not be able to be amended. However you can add to the order at any point up to 4pm of the day of dispatch.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • CANCELLATION - we are unable to cancel the order once payment has been made. If an order is no longer required after payment, please wait for delivery to be made before returing the items. There will be a 20% restocking fee for this service along with delivery costs of returning the items.

  • CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH IT?

    DAMAGED ITEMS - Please send photogrpahic evidence to salesdesk@uksweets.com for further information.

    NON DAMAGED ITEMS - You can return it if item has not been opened, but this must be at your expense and we will charge a 20% restocking levy.

  • ARE STOCK LEVELS CORRECT ON THIS SITE?

    Stock levels are updated every 15 minutes online. There are many ways to buy from UK Sweets, including Cash & Carry, online, telephone and email. We are happy to inform you that the stock levels on this site are 99.5% accurate. If there is ever a product that is out of stock due to an outside factor, we will always contact you by phone or email with an alternative. If we cannot get hold of you we will send the order 'short'. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to help us with this.

  • DO YOU ALLOW ACCOUNTS?

    Everything is proforma goods have to be paid for before they are dispatched.

  • HOW CAN I PAY?

    All payemnt options are avilable on our checkout pages. You can pay by VISA DEBIT, VISA CREDIT, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO.

    You may also choose to pay by BACS or CHEQUE - however please note that your order will not leave until funds are cleared. BACS payments take up to 72 hours to clear. CHEQUES take considerably longer - up to 10 working days.
